Get connected

Midtown offers many opportunities to get connected. We encourage those who attend to be involved in a weekly Community Group, to serve monthly with Midtown Kids, the worship team or one of our servant teams, and to check out some of the events and ministries Midtown has a passion for. If you don't see something that meets you where you are, let's see how we can make it happen.

sunday worship service

Midtown Church meets weekly on Sunday mornings for worship through music, Scripture reading, and teaching. Our door is open to you. Come early for coffee and fellowship downstairs. Childcare is provided for families with young children. Most in our congregation dress casual.

Serving alongside each other is one of the best ways to get connected, build relationships and be an encouragement in the community. Our volunteers represent who we are and live out the vision and mission of Midtown Church. There are many opportunities to serve from nursery and kids ministry to sound/media and worship team, from organizing events to greeting guests. We have a place for you!

Community groups

What is a Community Group?  At first glance it appears to be very simple, a shared meal and discussion over a Biblical text, usually from Sunday's sermon. But, in reality we believe that Community Groups serve an eternal purpose.  Here is our definition for Community Groups:  they are an instrument of worship, a weapon against sin, and a tool for evangelism – all for the exaltation of Jesus. It is in the context of Biblical community that we can worship God, fight sin and reach the lost in a way that is impossible when we are on our own. Community Groups meet weekly, find one near you!

Midtown ministries

Our ministries are alive and active at Midtown! MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) meets the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month with childcare provided so that moms in the community can laugh and reconnect. Men's, Women's and Youth-oriented groups have organized events that occur frequently throughout the year. There are opportunities to be united on topics and issues that are not listed here, what has God given you a heart and a passion for?
